Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

• Provide accurate, current information when creating your account.
• Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@m1m.club.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Post or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing.
• Attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass security, or access accounts or data without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service to send spam, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited marketing.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, and distribute it solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by New U Life or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service, no rights are granted to you.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. Pricing and billing terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may interoperate with third-party services (including Google, LINE, Facebook, TikTok). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Educational, motivational, and earnings-related content is for general information only and does not constitute professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New U Life and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New U Life and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by the courts located in Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
