User Data Deletion

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in at https://m1m.club.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the "Account" section and tap "Delete my account".
4. Confirm. Your account, profile, posts, comments, and progress will be queued for permanent deletion.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account:

• To: support@m1m.club
• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Include: your display name, registered email, and (if applicable) the social provider you used to sign in (Google, LINE, Facebook, TikTok).

We will verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days, and confirm by email when done.

What gets deleted

• Account, profile, avatar, and contact details
• Posts, comments, likes, and uploaded media
• Mission progress, XP, achievements, tokens, and learning history
• Linked social-provider identifiers (Google / LINE / Facebook / TikTok user IDs)

What we may retain

We may retain a minimal set of records when required by law or for fraud prevention (for example: transaction records for tax purposes, or abuse-related logs). Retained data is access- restricted and is deleted once the legal basis expires.

Revoking app access from the provider

You can also revoke M1M Club's access to your account from the provider directly:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "M1M Club".
• TikTok: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → remove "M1M Club".
• Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove "M1M Club".
• LINE: LINE app → Home → Settings → Account → Connected apps → remove "M1M Club".

Revoking provider access stops future sign-ins but does NOT delete data already stored with us — use Option 1 or Option 2 above to delete that data.
